Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Immunizations

Vaccines are given by appointment only. Shot records are required to administer vaccines. Need to be established in our clinic and current on preventive health to be eligible to receive vaccines.

Sports physicals and routine physicals done in our clinic are valid until expiration date (normally one year). No need for another appointment within that time unless medical status of your child has changed. Please drop off paperwork (CYS forms, sports physical forms) and we will be glad to sign them within 72 hours.
