To further transparency and patient engagement, the Military Health System provides aggregate statistical information concerning patient safety, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and health outcomes for health care provided at military treatment facilities. Additionally, information about the quality of care at most civilian-sector facilities in the TRICARE network may be available through Hospital Compare, hosted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
