Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Children’s Waiting Room

The Children’s Waiting Room will provide a designated play space for children and families whose parent/sibling have medical appointments at any WBAMC medical and dental facilities. Contact them for registration at 915-742-0975.

Children’s Waiting Room is operated by the ASYMCA. ASYMCA is responsible for providing childcare staff and a trained Red Cross volunteer to care for the children during hours of operation.
