Internal Medicine Clinic
The WBAMC Internal Medicine Clinic is a multidisciplinary primary care clinic focused on adult medicine. Our providers have undergone specialty training to understand and maintain wellness through the prevention and treatment of adult diseases. We are honored to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to approximately 10,000 adult beneficiaries, implementing the latest clinical practice guidelines from DoD/VA and other professional organizations, and following the tenets of the Army Patient-Centered Medical Home (APCMH). Additionally, many of our providers also take care of admitting and managing inpatient (hospital-based) care at WBAMC. Our services span the realms of outpatient and inpatient internal medicine and include the following:
- Adult primary care and disease prevention
- Internal medicine consultation
- Geriatric consultation
- Preoperative assessment
- Medication management
- Diabetes management
- Nutrition counseling
- Minimally-invasive procedures
- Care coordination
- Immunization appointments must be scheduled
The Internal Medicine Clinic is located on the 4th floor of the new William Beaumont Army Medical Center in the East building. The clinic is open from Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Internal Medicine Clinic will be closed on all Federal Holidays, and a select few Training Holidays.
Closed the 3rd Thursday afternoon of every month.
