Paramedic Program

The WBAMC Paramedic Program is a 170-day curriculum facilitated through a collaboration with a local college-level paramedic program.  This program challenges and develops critical thinking of the individual to evolve the basic level medic into the end-state capability of an NREMT-P qualified member of our team. WBAMC and the local paramedic program will have interoperable teamwork to provide seamless developmental opportunity for every student.

The course runs nine hours a day, six days a week..  This program culminates with the NREMT examination of every student. Students then complete the program with a certificate of completion and receive a transcript with college credit approximately two months after completion.

Any subsequent testing for NREMT-P or NREMT-A is at the expense of the individual or the organization. All students attending this program receive follow-on surveys to understand the impact to healthcare delivery, talent management, and readiness. These surveys enable the program to sustain and shape to create the platform of success.
