Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

The Allergy-Immunology Clinic provides consultative assistance to the physicians at the Soldier Family Medical Clinic (SFMC), William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Holloman AFB, McAfee Health Clinic, and other MTFs with the TRICARE central region.

We evaluate and provide care in the following areas:

  • Adult Immunizations (including annual flu shot program)
  • Allergy and Venom Immunotherapy
  • Allergic Rhinoconjunctivitis
  • Asthma
  • Urticaria and Angioedema
  • Anaphylaxis
  • Drug Allergies
